Who I Am

I’m Patrick Laskowski, founder of Oak & Stone Advisory.

I’ve led finance and analytics departments at companies in a variety of sizes and stages of growth, and I often observe leadership groups spending the majority of their time putting out fires without ever searching to see who’s holding the match.

My goal is always the same: find the simplest, most effective solution to the real problems, not just the visible ones.
